Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Infrastructure, Innovation and Culture is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations for the Senior Vice President, Infrastructure, Innovation and Culture Leadership Team, and team at large. They manage logistical, operational, communication, and technical details for the Infrastructure, Innovation and Culture team(s). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational and project management experience. Additionally, this role provides many opportunities to hone professional skills, build knowledge, and gain unique perspectives by working alongside ambitious colleagues and dynamic senior leaders.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, as well as an ability to create systems and document best practices to ensure that we are constantly learning, improving, and developing ways to work more efficiently. The Coordinator needs to exercise strong judgment in responding to questions, troubleshooting problems, and flagging issues for other team members as needed. In order to be successful, the Coordinator will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including other staff at LEE and other partner organizations. We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with a long-term interest in operations, as well as someone with experience and interest in analytical problem-solving. The Coordinator, Infrastructure, Innovation and Culture will have the opportunity to support work in the areas of human capital, organizational strategy, finance, and technology, as well as some limited opportunities to support member-facing work.
