JOB: Finance Assistant With Philadelphia Mayoral Campaign

Democratic Mayoral Campaign in Philadelphia is seeking a Finance Assistant. The candidate must be located in or willing to re-locate to Philadelphia through the primary election, which is May 19th.

*Responsibilities*

- Working alongside the Finance Director to implement robust finance plan

- Building, tracking, and staffing fundraising events 

- Performing donor research, donor solicitation & donor follow up 

- Generating call sheets for candidate call time 

- Tracking and executing pledge follow up

- Assisting Finance Director and/other departments with any necessary tasks 

*Required Qualifications*

- B.A. required

- Previous campaign finance experience and familiarity with NGP strongly preferred but not required

- Strong written, communication, research, & interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail

- Must be willing to work long and irregular campaign hours

- Interest in progressive issues and social justice

Salary is commensurate with experience.
