SUMMARY:
Need To Impeach (NTI) is hiring an Organizing Director to manage and oversee NTI’s national outreach efforts. This includes managing the State and Regional Outreach Managers who will be working to recruit, engage, train, and mobilize Need To Impeach supporters across the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a national recruitment plan to identify, train, and mobilize NTI supporters
- Oversee nationwide efforts to build relationships with NTI supporters by state and regional outreach managers
- Hold state and regional organizing managers accountable to metrics and goals; ensure timely and accurate data and field reporting
- Support state and regional organizing managers to develop and execute outreach plans
- Coordinate with political, mail, and digital staff
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 5-7 years of field organizing and managing organizers
- Very well organized; excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to foster a cooperative, team-oriented work environment
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage several tasks simultaneously
