Finance Director

A competitive house race in Northern California seeks a highly qualified finance director. The candidate is a first time candidate, and she outraised the Republican incumbent in Q2 by a sizeable margin. The district was DCCC targeted in 2018.

 

Responsibilities

·        oversee all aspects of the campaign finance program,

·        work with campaign manager to develop quarterly and cycle campaign finance plans

·        report on progress to campaign manager, candidate, and other stakeholders, and update the finance plan as needed

·        work with digital team to manage email program and small dollar fundraising efforts·    

·        manage a finance assistant, interns, and other staff as needed

·        be accountable to goals

Skills and Experience

·        experience as a finance director on a congressional or higher OR extensive experience as a Deputy Finance Director or similar on a high level race

·        familiarity with all aspects of a campaign finance program—call time, events, email, mail, reporting and compliance, ect…

·        familiarity with NGP and Microsoft office suite

·        California ties and campaign experience a plus
