The Position:
The ideal candidate for Finance Director has experience in donor research, staffing call time, event planning, is highly organized and detail oriented, and capable of supervising staff and volunteers. A minimum of two years of fundraising experience is required as well as knowledge of NGP. Experience working with finance committees is a plus. Salary starts at $60,000/year. Salary includes paid time off and sick leave. Opportunity for mid-campaign salary increase based on performance.
