Summary:

A new organization, Democratic Majority for Israel —the voice of pro-Israel Democrats—is seeking seasoned, dedicated organizers in Iowa, and New Hampshire. Organizers will engage supporters in the early states. This position will report to the State Director in each state.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage supporters one-on-one and at community events

  • Train volunteers to host House Parties

  • Hit weekly and monthly organizing metrics

  • Attend community events on behalf of DMFI

  • Increase grassroots support for DMFI in the early states

  • Scrappy problem solvers who know how to do more with less

  • Capable of managing multiple competing priorities and adept at time management

  • Commitment to live long learning and growth

  • Are comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree and/or past experience organizing/volunteering for campaigns, political organizations, advocacy groups, and/or progressive nonprofits


Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience and ability, but pay and benefits are excellent.
