The Communications Director must be a self-starter with multiple cycles of experience developing and implementing strategy on political campaigns, thorough and extensive knowledge of media relations strategies, and experience hiring and managing staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and presence, instinct for creative problem-solving and a good humored and collegial approach to working with other staff, volunteers and donors.
