Principal Responsibilities

 

The Cisneros for Congress Call Time Manager is responsible for all aspects of preparing, implementing, and following up with candidate call time. The position reports to the Finance Director.

 

Specific Duties

 

●      Work with the Finance Director to determine which calls the candidate needs to make at what time;

●      Examine, record, and compile donor research into NGP in an organized manner;

●      Assemble call sheets in a systematic order for the candidate;

●      Prepare memos and briefs for the candidate as necessary;

●      Lead the candidate in call time, prioritizing time sensitive asks and explaining calls as necessary;

●      Assist the candidate in dialing, double-dialing, or triple-dialing phones to ensure maximum output;

●      Compose thorough notes for each of the calls that the candidate completes;

●      Handle the processing of contributions over the phone;

●      Follow up with donors who the candidate called via email, mail, or phone as appropriate;

●      Maintain the accuracy of donor records in NGP and update them as necessary;

●      Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

●      Experience interning or working for a cycle on a campaign preferred;

●      Competency in NGP strongly preferred;

●      Proficient understanding and substantive experience with GSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office systems;

●      Excellent written and oral communication skills;

●      Level-headed temperament, calm demeanor, and sound judgment;

●      Inclination to work long hours, including weekends, in the pursuit of electing a strong Democrat

●      Applicants must be motivated self-starters, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
