American Bridge 21st Century (http://americanbridgepac.org) is seeking a talented, tech-savvy designer to create digital content for social media, websites, and emails.

Location: Downtown Washington, D.C.
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design graphics for our social media, websites, emails, landing pages and online ads.
• Work closely with our communications and digital team to brainstorm and create digital products that transform our research and tracking material into engaging, informative and shareable content.
• Monitor the performance of our online media (websites, emails, ads, social media, etc) and make recommendations for future products and actions accordingly.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Keen eye for design, layout, typography and all things creative.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator or their open-source equivalents (GIMP, InkScape, etc). 
• Passion for progressive politics.

DESIRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) SKILLS:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, PHP and beyond. The more you know about web design and development, the better.
• Experience with CRM platforms like BSD Tools, Salsa, WordPress.
• Knowledge of online analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Experience writing emails, blog posts, news releases, ad copy, etc.
• Background in Democratic politics.
