BerlinRosen, a leading national progressive political consulting and strategic communications firm, is seeking a Vice President for our Digital team. This role will focus on Philanthropy, Advocacy and Labor clients in our digital practice. This position can be based in BerlinRosen's New York City or Washington, DC offices.

This position requires 6+ years of relevant experience in digital strategy and campaigns. A VP's time here will encompass not only strategic thought but practical implementation. You will lead and mentor a team, work directly with clients who will come to depend on your digital insights, work with the SVP on new business, produce/edit digital content, and help grow the practice.

This position provides candidates with a unique opportunity to play a leadership role on a talented and growing team working with major national progressive organizations on some of the most high-profile issues of our time including low-wage worker advocacy, reproductive rights, voting rights, the environment, affordable housing, human rights, LGBT issues, healthcare, education, money in politics and ending mass incarceration.

Applicants should possess:

• Demonstrated staff management experience and leadership skills
• Demonstrated skills in digital campaign or public affairs strategy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong news and political savvy and deep knowledge of the digital space
• Experience leading creative digital communications and campaigns around policy or political issues
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of company staff, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
• Bachelor's degree or experience in a digital-related field
• A sense of humor!
