Job Summary:

Julián for the Future (the Campaign) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven and qualified individual to serve as Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This position will assist the campaign manager with her schedule and correspondence and manage the day-to-day functions of the headquarters. This position is based in San Antonio and is eligible for comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the campaign manager’s schedule, travel, and related records
  • Manage the everyday functions of the office including maintenance and oversight of supplies, furniture, machinery, and all office spaces
  • Serve as the liaison to building management
  • Develop a system for staffing the reception desk
  • Other duties as assigned
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager must be a self-starter with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, attention to detail, strong communication skills, as well as critical writing and research skills. A strong commitment to the campaign and its values is also required.
