A top tier Georgia State Senate race seeks a Field Director to manage the campaign’s data-driven, volunteer-led, grassroots field team.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

• Execute the campaign’s field plan
  
• Recruit, manage, and oversee the campaign’s internship program
  
• Recruit, manage, and oversee volunteer engagement
  
• Build relationships with local political entities
  
• Work with key stakeholders and activist groups
  
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structure
  
• Lead VAN administration
  

 

Qualified candidates should have:

 

• At least one cycle of campaign field experience
  
• Access to reliable transportation
  
• Experience in working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
  
• Knowledge of VAN
  
• An ability to work with others of all backgrounds
