Christopher Hale for Congress is hiring field organizers for our Murfreesboro, TN office. Our organizers will be the front-line connections between the campaign and the community and will do the critical work of grassroots organizing that will ultimately deliver our win in November. 

Responsibilities include:
- Directly engage with voters to solicit support for the campaign
- Accumulate and organize community data to inform strategic decisions
- Manage daily affairs in the Murfreesboro office
- Recruit, train, and manage remote and in-person volunteers
- Develop relationships with community leaders and influencers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrable experience in political and/or community organizing
- Strong familiarity with recent developments in national politics
- General proficiency in political communication and persuasion
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated dedication to progressive and/or Democratic values, causes, and policies 

Preferred:
- Previous campaign experience
- Educational background in political science or related field
- Familiarity with rural and/or Southern culture
- Familiarity with recent developments in Tennessee politics
- Comfort with Votebuilder, G Suite, and SRM services

This job is based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Applicants in other areas must be willing to relocate. Organizers will be paid $2,500/mo.
