Call Time Manager Red to Blue District

A Democratic congressional campaign in Upstate NY seeks experienced Call Time Manager for  2018 primary and general elections.  Ideal applicant will be experienced, energized, and self-motivated.  The Call Time Manager will work directly with the candidate and campaign manager to manage all aspects of campaign financing, including:

·      Create and Plan Call Sheets, Manage candidate call-time.

·      Lead fundraising efforts in identifying donors, organize fundraising events for a competitive fundraising campaign.

·      Record and Organize Data in NGP

·      Ensures donor data is current and accurate in voter management systems.

·      Design and implement fundraising communications plan including: fundraising emails, letters, resolicits, thank you letters.

·      Track and manage fundraising progress and compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience implementing robust fundraising program. At least 2 cycles finance experience.

  • Experience in fundraising through call time, events, and digital means.

  • Ability to work with diverse communities, and resolve campaign issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient skills in NGP

  • Transportation & ability to work in Upstate NY


The position starts immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience.
