The Analyst Institute has some openings for folks who are interested in politics, statistics, and technology.

ABOUT US: Analyst Institute runs randomized controlled experiments to find out what really works in political and social justice campaigns. We keep a low profile, but we work with all the big name groups in the progressive ecosystem: labor unions, environmental groups, racial justice organizers, LGBT rights advocates, and more from local and state-based groups all the way up to Presidential campaigns.

ABOUT THE JOB: We have a few openings on our analytics team, which analyzes all of the experiments that we run and builds the tools to do our work. As a member of the Analytics team, you can expect to be involved in AI's many fields of research. You will:

  • Prepare and analyze experiments with a direct impact on the success of campaigns.

  • Work with nearly 10 years of past experimental results to draw broad lessons for the progressive community, and help communicate the results to decision makers.

  • Build the tools and software to make our work faster, cheaper, and better.
