Competitive, East Coast mayoral campaign is hiring experienced FIELD ORGANIZERS for an aggressive, grassroots driven race. Field Organizers will work closely with the leadership team to implement a sophisticated field program.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Recruit, train & manage volunteers 

• Manage voter outreach efforts

• Manage phone banks & canvasses 

• Plan and execute campaign events

• Outreach out to constituency, civic and allied organizations 

Requirements:

• At least one cycle of field experience on a political campaign

• Strong organizational, management and interpersonal skills.

• Must be detail-oriented

• Excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Willingness to work long and irregular hours 

• Ability to handle multiple priority projects and meet established timelines

• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and personal laptop

Field Organizer reports directly to the campaign manager. Position available immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience.
