Who We Are
We are Capitol Compliance Associates, a campaign compliance consulting firm.  Our clients include high profile Democratic Senate and House candidates, gubernatorial candidates, state party committees, and political action committees.

Position
We are seeking a dependable self-starter who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and trustworthy.  The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing is required. Prior compliance experience is required.  This position is responsible for intermediate level tasks associated with compliance, financial management, bookkeeping, and committee operations to ensure clients are in accordance with campaign finance and tax regulations.  This position is permanent and will not end in November.

Education and Experience
The successful candidate holds a degree from a four-year college or has comparable experience and is able to pass a pre-employment background check.  Candidates should be familiar with federal campaign finance regulations and have at least 2 years’ experience in compliance or fundraising for political committees.

Computer and Software Skills
The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, NGP-VAN, and Quickbooks Online.
