Campaign Manager Sought for Slate of Highly Competitive Countywide Candidates in Southeastern PA

Slate of candidates for County Council, Judge, and District Attorney in Delaware County, PA seeks a campaign manager to run the coordinated campaign with a significant budget. 

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee coordination amongst a number of candidates in everything from paid and earned media to candidate scheduling
• In conjunction with consultant team, develop and implement communications strategy in complicated political environment
• Hire field staff, help design and oversee field program
• Manage campaign budget
• Hiring, recruitment, and management of staff/volunteers
• Coordinate and liaison with municipal and county Democratic committees 
• Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders
• Develop and implement GOTV plan

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one cycle of experience at the director level or above for a competitive countywide/congressional race, or equivalent
• Experience with as many facets of a campaign as possible is preferable -- field, finance, digital, political, communications
• Ability to work with and manage a variety of stakeholders and allied groups to move towards a historic victory
• Experience working with a slate or multi candidate coordinated campaign is a plus
• Familiarity with the region is a plus

Salary: Commensurate with experience
