Field Organizer needed for IL Congressional

Illinois Congressional campaign  is looking for an enthusiastic field organizer to work on field and volunteer outreach for the duration of the campaign. Organizers will work directly with the campaign manager and field staff. Help elect a strong, progressive female candidate!

 

Responsibilities include:

●      Manage volunteer events, such as phone banks, canvass and petition drives;

●      Recruit volunteers and team leaders;

●      Ocassional travel with candidate;

●      Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

●      Ability to work out of Rockford, IL office;

●      Commitment to electing strong Democtraic women;

●      Ability to work long hours, nights and weekends;

●      At least 1 cycle of campaign experience;

●      Reliable transportation and access to a laptop and phone;

●      Positive attitude and ability to be flexible.
