Field Operations – US House in California (Los Angeles Area)

 

U.S. House race in Southern California (Los Angeles Area) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic field organizers to help a grassroots powered campaign in a competitive House race. We are going to win because of our grassroots support and activist base. It is a perfect fit for a potential organizer seeking to work closely with Democratic activists.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet weekly call time goals
• Build self-sustaining volunteer teams that can run regional events on their own when given resources by campaign
• Help organize and build for a variety of campaign activities
• Other duties as needed
• Work campaign hours, nights and weekends
• Work closely with other grassroots Democratic campaigns in overlapping districts

Qualifications:

• Working familiarity with MOE preferred
• Microsoft suite proficiency
• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a extremely fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to work campaign hours, 7 days a week, including nights
• A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player, and an excellent leader
• Access to reliable transportation
