Valerie Plame for Congress is hiring a Finance Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally known candidate in a highly-competitive race.

Qualifications:

-       Highly organized and detail-oriented
-       Self-motivated team player
-       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-       Ability to multitask
-       Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-       Previous fundraising experience is desired but not required
-       Knowledge of NGP Software is preferred but not required
-       Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed

-       Must have a car, a laptop, and a cell phone

-       Must live in commuting distance of Santa Fe, NM or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

-       Upkeep of campaign database – including contributions and donor information

-       Research to identify prospective donors

-       Interaction with donors and prospective donors

-       Preparation for and staffing of candidate call time

-       Staff fundraising events and meetings

-       Phone calls to past and prospective donors

-       Assist with drafting fundraising communications
-       Other duties as assigned
