Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Field Organizer for Desiree Tims' Congressional campaign in OH-10. Desiree is a DCCC Red to Blue candidate and supported by Emily's List, CBCPAC, and a host of others. The field director will oversee all direct voter contact, organizing, and visibility operations. This organizer will be will work to build and activate the necessary grassroots infrastructure, oversee volunteers and interns, and maximize voter turnout.
Responsibilities:
- Using phone calls, text messages, and digital tactics to recruit and retain volunteers
- Plan and manage phone banks, virtual meetings, and other volunteer events
- Recruit for and manage volunteer leadership
- Identify supporters by calling and engaging voters
- Act as ambassadors of the campaign
- Develop and foster relationships with local grassroots groups and allies
- Meet daily and weekly voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals
- Ensure data integrity in all media
Details:
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,750 a month
