Rebecca Parson is an LGBTQ democratic socialist running for Congress in WA-06. She's been endorsed by Brand New Congress, DSA, Our Revolution Washington, and Matriarch PAC. She's fighting for a progressive platform, including single-payer Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, national rent control, strengthening unions, and bringing the pharmaceutical industry into public ownership. 

Help us reach voters in WA-06 and spread the word about Rebecca's campaign! 

Our primary is August 3rd.

Field Organizer Responsibilities:

- Manage 7 volunteer team leaders, including check-ins, accountability, training and quality control

- Recruiting volunteers 

- Attend team meetings daily at noon (PST)

- Help run our multi-faceted field plan, including using tools such as Spoke, Reach, and ThruTalk

- Help track and log daily statistics from outreach efforts. 

Requirements

-You must be willing to relocate to Tacoma WA if sanctions are lifted and it is safe to canvass

-Knowledgeable with VAN 

-Experienced in relational organizing (highly preferred)

-Experienced with ThruTalk (preferred)

-Experienced with Reach (preferred)

-Motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent follow-through

-Available 12pm-8pm Pacific time

-Works well in a team environment. Genuine interest in helping others succeed

Pay

$15/hour, approximately 25 hours a week
