Northern Virginia Delegate seeks Legislative Aide to help manage office. Member is in leadership and needs a staffer who is decisive, detail oriented, and successful in a broader team environment while managing their area of responsibility.

Minimum 3+ years of experience with legislative work, government affairs, campaign/advocacy work, or related experience required. Experience with staffing a principal, writing/communications, and policy development are preferred. Experience with the Virginia General Assembly, knowledge of the Virginia political landscape, and a passion for criminal justice reform are a plus. Salary mid/high 40s-low 50s plus benefits. Position based in Northern Virginia with relocation for Richmond, VA for legislative session.
