Top-tier congressional campaign in a red-to-blue Northeast district seeks full-time Fellows for its Political Leadership Training Program. This intensive program is intended for recent graduates looking to gain experience in campaign finance and management. The program runs for 3 months. Housing and a monthly stipend are provided. 

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and interested in pursuing a career in Democratic politics or campaigns. Previous experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn about all aspects of a political campaign is key. This fellowship is ideal for individuals seeking to develop the skills necessary to work on a campaign in the upcoming 2018 Midterm cycle. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance team on donor research, outreach, and engagement
  
• Manage databases using NGP and other campaign finance software
• Contribute to planning, staffing, and logistics for events
• Assist with the development of campaign’s social media presence
• Prepare campaign materials and draft correspondences
