RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campus Organizers will help with the important project of politically educating and mobilizing students at universities throughout New Hampshire. They will work with like minded faculty and student organizations to build coalitions of support on college campuses and organize grass roots support among the student body.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;
• Candidates will have experience leading teams and managing coalitions in a professional manner;
• Candidates will preferably have either 1) one election cycle of campus organizing experience or 2) one year of professional campus organizing experience in a non-electoral capacity
• Candidates must have a vehicle or other mode of transportation;
• The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the structure of political campaigns and university administrations, a strong understanding of constituency organizing and have a familiarity with VAN, as well as Blue State Digital or another similar platform; and

• A good sense of humor and a strong interest in and commitment to the ideas of the Bernie 2016 campaign.
