-          Work with candidates and staffers to develop, oversee, manage and execute campaign programs on behalf of clients

-          Brainstorm and develop field, fundraising, and media plans and timelines

-          Hire and manage junior level staff

-          Manage candidates, clients and external consultant teams

Positions Available

-          Senior Campaign Strategist ($60,000+)

-          Junior Campaign Associate ($40,000 - $50,000)

Media Relations

Skills and abilities

-          Write press releases

-          Pitch media stories

-          Develop and manage relationships with members of the media

-          Serve as an on the record point of contact for clients

Positions Available

-          Senior Media Manager ($60,000+)

-          Media Manager ($40,000 - $50,000)

-          Media Correspondent ($33,000 - $39,000)

Social Media/Digital

Skills and abilities

-          Build and manage online communities

-          Create engaging content on behalf of clients

-          Monitor and measure social media impact on client campaigns

Positions Available

-          Digital Strategist ($60,000+)

-          Digital Manager ($40,000 - $50,000)

-          Digital Analyst ($33,000 - $39,000)

Graphic Design

Skills and abilities

-          Develop small scale websites and splash pages

-          Develop infographics for clients

-          Design and/or edit printed materials including mail pieces, literature or promotional materials

Positions Available

-          Senior Designer ($60,000+)

-          Creative Editor ($33,000 - $39,000)
