Regional Field Director - Arizona

A top tier Congressional campaign is looking to hire top-quality Regional Field Directors for race in south-eastern Arizona. Regional Field Directors are responsible for the implementation of the field plan in their respective turfs, interacting with activists, volunteers, and other supporters. Regional Field Directors report to directly to the Field Director and will be based Southeastern Arizona  

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing staff of field organizers and volunteers

• Overseeing GOTV operations in designated region

• Reaching supporter identification goals

• Overseeing events

• Training volunteers one on one and in group trainings

•  Serving as liaison to local officials and activists

• Outreach out to constituency groups, democratic clubs and organizations

 

Required Skills:

• At least one cycle of

• Enthusiasm for Democratic politics.

• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN

• Ability to coach, train, and manage field organizers

• Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

• Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals while handling multiple projects

• Enjoys working with varied members of the general public.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus

• A sense of humor
