Constituency Organizer - Pennsylvania 6th Congressional District

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is seeking a Constituency Organizer​ to join the Democratic coordinated campaign for targeted efforts in Chester County and parts of Berks County. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Engaging constituency groups and leaders, training and managing volunteers, and expanding volunteer and grassroots networks through constituency outreach programs. 

● Execute outreach to key stakeholders in the community, plan and host grassroots events, and lead voter contact efforts such as phone banks, canvasses, voter registration drives, and visibility events. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

● Strong organizational skills, with previous organizing experience in a staff or volunteer capacity 

● High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

● Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities 

● Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to activists, local leaders, volunteers, and voters from a wide range of backgrounds 

● Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics- driven work environment 

● Passion and commitment to Democratic values 

● Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation; ability to relocate as necessary
