A Top Tier New Jersey State Assembly race is seeking highly motivated Field Representatives for the 2019  cycle. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Field Director to implement the field plan by hitting goals for doors knocked, phone calls, and managing campaign events throughout the district.

• Manage a team of volunteers, interns, and a paid canvass operation

• Train volunteers and build a cohesive team of supporters

• Ensure data integrity on the campaign

• Work with candidates to insure they hit their individual metrics

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with the Voter Activation Network (VAN) is encouraged

• Previous experience as an organizer or campaign staffer is encouraged

• Strong time-management skills and work ethic

• Ability to motivate volunteers to reach goals

• Skilled in team-based organizing

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to spend long hours on the phone and canvassing

• Ability to adapt quickly and accomplish goals as set forth by the campaign

• Results-oriented, dependable, and proactive

• Reliable access to transportation

• Willing to work 7 days a week

Salary: Commensurate with experience
