FIELD ORGANIZER NEEDED ON TOP-TARGETED CAMPAIGN FOR VA HOUSE OF DELEGATES

A key, competitive campaign for Virginia House of Delegates seeks a highly motivated field organizer responsible for, but not limited to:

• Building and maintaining relationships with local activists and community leaders

• Recruiting, training and managing volunteers

• Meeting voter contact goals as assigned by the Field Director

• Planning and executing campaign events under the direction of the Field Director

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Superb written and oral communication skills

• Dedication to the values and mission of the Democratic Party

• Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to work in fast-paced, goals-driven environment

• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to use office software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets

• Prior Votebuilder experience a plus

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Pay is commensurate with experience. Health insurance provided.
