Field Organizer for State Rep Campaign in Colorado

Seeking field organizers for State Representative Tracy Kraft-Tharp's campaign in Colorado House District 29. HD 29 encompasses Westminster and Arvada, just northwest of Denver. Representative Kraft-Tharp is running for her fourth term in the Colorado House of Representatives and is seeking energized and motivated individuals to join the campaign team.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Organizers will be responsible for each essential component of a winning state legislative campaign. Responsibilities include:

• Executing the campaign field plan.

• Direct voter contact at the doors and over the phone

• Setting and achieving voter contact goals.

• Other duties as assigned by the campaign relating to communications, political outreach, and fundraising.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Skills dealing with multiple individuals and varying interests while focusing on winning your race

• Access to reliable transportation

• Willingness to work long and often irregular hours

• Outgoing and dedicated to Democratic success at the state level

SALARY

Field organizers will be paid $2,000/month and must be available through November 6.
