National progressive telephone fundraising firm seeks a passionate, goal-driven, and motivated candidate for Assistant Director. The Assistant Call Center Director is responsible for meeting and exceeding office fundraising and membership development goals for 40+ progressive organizations, candidates, and charities. This Director will expand the existing operation, and raise millions of dollars each year for our client partners.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a background in staff management. Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated ability to drive multiple priorities, build and develop a team, problem-solve, and meet and exceed goals. The position also requires strong communication and motivational skills, work ethic, and a commitment to advancing progressive politics. Prior experience in fundraising is required. Experience in political organizing is preferred.

Salary/Benefits: Target annual salary for Assistant Call Center Directors is commensurate with experience. Competitive Benefits package included.
Timing and Location: Position available immediately in Santa Barbara or Los Angeles, CA. There may also be additional opportunities in Austin, Chicago, Denver, Washington, D.C. and Boston.
