Mission
The Nebraska Civic Engagement Table is a nonpartisan backbone organization whose mission is to strengthen the collective impact of and collaboration between nonprofit 501c3 community and advocacy organizations who serve underrepresented communities.

Our goal is to build an electorate that is representative of all Nebraskans - an electorate where everyone is able to participate in the democratic process and strengthen the impact of their voice in the policymaking decisions that affect their lives.
Job Summary
The Nebraska Civic Engagement Table (“Table”) seeks a new full-time Field Director. Through effective collaboration with table members, the Field Director is responsible for working with nonprofit organizations on nonpartisan, year-round voter and civic engagement programs. The Field Director will primarily serve our member nonprofits on the ground in Nebraska and, as such, is responsible for cultivating relationships, training and supporting our members, which include nonprofit community, advocacy, and civic engagement organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to working with these organizations to develop and implement their voter contact and voter registration field plans as well as expanding their advocacy capacity.
