Finance Interns (Indianapolis, IN)

Our campaign is looking for finance interns for our growing campaign efforts. Internships can vary in duration and applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

JOB OVERVIEW
Our candidate is running in Indiana's 5th Congressional District. She is a champion for moms and working families in a highly-competitive open seat. The campaign is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented finance interns to make sure that we can run a competitive and efficient finance operation. We are looking for people with the tenacity and drive to help us reach our goals and then some.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Entering and managing data in NGP
- Drafting follow up templates for call time follow up
- Sending invitations and tracking RSVPs
- Administrative support as it relates to our stewardship and thank you program
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Other tasks necessary for a strong campaign finance program

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Access to a functional and reliable vehicle
