A Day in the Life
As the Meetings Manager, you will assist in coordinating events, provide
administrative support, manage conference registration, and customer service
related to all of the organization’s conference operations based in the
Washington, DC area. If you are an effective communicator with an excellent
customer service and meeting registration background then this could be an
ideal match for you!
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree
· Previous meeting planning experience within an association
· Some experience on registration software
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Problem solver with ability to work under tight deadlines
· Detail oriented, strong multi-tasking and time management skills
· Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
