Campaign Staffer for New Mexico Statewide Campaign

Democratic statewide candidate in New Mexico is seeking a full time campaign staffer to fill a variety of roles including driver, body person, call time manager, and political organizer. You will be a key member of a very small yet dedicated team of political operatives.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Driving the candidate around the state
• Staffing the candidate at a variety of political, fundraising, and other events
• Managing a consistent call time schedule and ensure that the candidate is making their calls, pledges are being followed-up on, etc
• Occasionally organize volunteers and other supporters 

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates must have a car, car insurance, a driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Ideal candidates would have at-least one cycle of campaign experience as a field organizer, or finance staffer, or other relevant experience.

Candidates should be willing to work long and irregular hours. Salary commensurate with experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
