New York City Project Manager - 360 Campaign Consulting

Project Manager 

360 Campaign Consulting is seeking a project manager to work with one of our most valuable clients. Based out of New York City, your primary responsibility will be to assist a prominent clean energy company as they recruit and build their employee base. You will function as our client’s primary consultant on staffing strategy and other hiring and management questions. You will work in conjunction with one or more 360 Campaign Consulting recruiters and work on site at the client’s offices in Long Island one-to-two days a week. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Consulting

• Act as client’s main contact for all relevant consultations, including weekly calls, emails and in-person meetings
• Facilitate and participate in long-term strategic planning

Staff Recruitment

• Coordinate and participate in staff hiring, including interviews and job offers 
• Serve as the main contact for all applicants throughout the application process
• Facilitate on-campus recruiting to grow the client’s team

Other Projects

• Liaise with organizations and other members of the clean energy community, as appropriate
• Assist on special projects as needed
• Travel one to two days a week in the NYC area 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years of project management experience, especially in issue-based or electoral campaigns
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; excellent time management skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SalesForce knowledge is a plus
