Fundraising Director for competitive LA County Assembly Race

Local elected official and Democratic Party endorsed candidate in Northern Los Angeles County seeking a hardworking and passionate Fundraising Director to manage our  fundraising efforts, including but not limited to a local house party fundraising program and candidate call time, and manage our donor database.

Responsibilities include:

-       Organzing fundraising events in-district

-       Cultivating and maintaining relationships with our donors in-district

-       Calling low dollar donors 

-       Managing candidate call time

-       Managing the candidate’s donor database

-       Staffing Candidate as needed

Skills & Experience:

-       Proficient with Microsoft Office

-       Experience with VAN preferred but not required

-       Exceptional written and oral communications skills, organizational skills and 
interpersonal skills

-       Self-starter, highly-motivated, willingness and ability to take initiative and follow-through

-       Ability to demonstrate professionalism and patience in a high-pressure, fast-pace environment

-       Works well in teams, but also can work independently
