Position Summary:
The Vice President, Leadership Development and Design sets vision and direction for LEE’s Leadership development workshops, programming and regional supports. Through the Leadership Development and Design (LDD) team, the Vice President will build on the current platform to ensure exceptional learning opportunities to enable members across the country to achieve tangible changes in education that better serve students. The Vice President oversees the design, execution, facilitation, and evaluation of our existing high-impact national programs to advance our members’ skills and effectiveness in politics, policy, advocacy and organizing through online and in-person (blended) learning opportunities. It is essential the Vice President has deep alignment with LEE’s core values and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) theory/development. A member of the LEE Leadership Team and reporting to the Senior Vice President, National Impact, the Vice President will be accountable for the overall strategy, performance and operations of LEE’s 10 person LDD team.

Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is included.
