The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party is hiring Field
Organizers for the 2016 election cycle. Organizers will be working with
candidates in their region to build a robust grassroots voter contact campaign,
and will be responsible for executing the Get Out the Vote push leading up to
election day. Organizers will report to the Field Director. Positions run
through mid-November of 2016.

POSITION TITLE: Field
Organizer
LOCATION: Fargo,
Grand Forks, Bismarck
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers;
- Direct voter contact through canvassing and phone banking;
- Execution of the regional field plan;
- Engage local activists and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a high-stress team environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and manage
multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight, established deadlines;
- Base knowledge of North Dakota and national politics;
- Support of Democratic party candidates from the legislative
level to the national level;
- Polite, welcoming demeanor;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
- Political campaign experience is preferred but not required.
