Field Director - competitive Baltimore City Council race

Looking to bring on a full-time Field Director on a competitive 5-way race in a local election in Baltimore City. Hiring immediately.

Field Director will be responsible for volunteer recruitment, volunteer management, and leading direct voter contact through the Democratic Primary on April 26. 

Ideal candidates will have:

At least one cycle of campaign experience at any level

Working knowledge of Votebuiler/VAN

Good organizational skills

Good written/verbal communication skills

Proficiency in mathematics and statistics 

Enthusiasm for people

Passion for effective public service

Salary commensurate with experience
