We're looking for a Deputy Training Director who is experienced in project management and building/maintaining both internal and external relationships. Someone who is passionate about training and can evaluate the needs of an audience and then create and implement engaging and interactive training sessions. The Deputy Training Director role is based in Chicago, IL at OFA headquarters and reports to the National Training Director.
