Newly sworn-in mayor in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant to support the work of our office and our mission. Primary job duties will include responsibility for some or all of the following tasks:

The successful candidate must be a conscientious self-starter able to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure of deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Must have the ability to work well with others and a willingness to assist others. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or Haitian-Creole is strongly preferred. The normal schedule for this position is Monday 8:30 am – 8 pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am – 12 pm.
