A key, competitive campaign for Virginia House of Delegates seeks a highly motivated field organizer

responsible for, but not limited to:

● Building and maintaining relationships with local activists and community leaders

● Recruiting, training and managing volunteers

● Meeting voter contact goals as assigned by the Field Director

● Planning and executing campaign events under the direction of the Field Director

● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Superb written and oral communication skills

● Dedication to the values and mission of the Democratic Party

● Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

● Ability to work in fast-paced, goals-driven environment

● Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to use office software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets

● Prior Votebuilder experience a plus, but not required
