BrownMillerGroup is seeking Field Directors to help develop and execute comprehensive field programs on a variety of projects for the upcoming year. We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be very analytical and excellent at critical thinking and problem-solving on the fly. Responsibilities Include:

·      Conducting or managing grassroots politics

·      Managing field staff

·      Recruiting, training, and managing paid and volunteer field programs

·      Reporting on a regular basis progress to goal

·      Delivering program assessments and recommending strategic adjustments as needed

 

 

Job Requirements

·      Ability to travel independently

·      Ability to work extended hours

·      Ability to travel for extended periods of time

·      Ability to relocate if necessary
