Field Organizers in North Carolina

Competitive North Carolina State Senate campaigns seeking field organizers. We are hiring for races all throughout North Carolina.

Required Skills/Experience:

-Interpersonal skills-ability to listen and communicate.

-Time management and organizational skills.

-Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

-Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers.

-Cutting and printing walk packets and phone lists.

-Canvassing and calling voters.

-Meeting weekly voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals.

Competitive salary. Positions are through November 2016.
