NRG Consulting Group is looking to hire hotshot organizers with 5+ years of experience to work as Regional Field Directors and Project Directors to oversee campaigns in critical states. RFD's oversee Campaign Directors and Deputy Directors who are hiring, training, and managing canvassers to knock on doors in key election districts. Project Directors work to oversee entire campaigns and a team of RFD’s, coordinate directly with clients, and drive overall campaign goals.
Salary ranges from $80-$100k with benefits. Hiring in states across the nation.
