Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and managing paid canvassers and support staff.
Managing and tracking all facets of personnel relationships, including scheduling, performance assessment, payroll, and updating tracking and databases.
Reporting progress to goal.
Executing quality control mechanisms.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and task organizing skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PDI, VAN, and other voter databases.
Knowledge of Google docs, Excel, and other Microsoft and file share programs.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and long hours (days, nights and weekends).
