Hiring Full-Time Regional Field Directors for Democratic Campaign in Bucks County, PA


The municipal elections in Bucks County are among the most competitive in the country and Democrats are on the path to change history in 2019. We want you to a part of our history. Bucks Victory is hiring dedicated Regional Field Directors to ensure a Democratic victory in November.


All elections have consequences, but local elections have the greatest impact on our daily lives. 2019 is the culmination of years of hard work and success from our strong community of Democrats to elect candidates that will fight for Bucks County and its people.


Real change is on the horizon, which is why we are building a skilled and devoted campaign staff to bring the blue wave into 2019 for Bucks.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Field Organizers and marshal your staff to meet short-term and long-term goals

  • Report to the Field Director and implement campaign strategy as tasked

  • Oversee a region of the county where you and your team will help elect local and county-wide Democratic candidates

  • Recruit and train volunteers to implement direct voter contact strategies

  • Must commit to campaign work schedule from June 1st to November 8th

Qualifications:

  • Two cycles of campaign experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of VoteBuilder software

  • Proficient in Google Suite
